Job Description:
• Making Outbound Calls • Ability to provide information clearly And effectively • Respond and act on existing customer inquiries and complaints in accordance to company’s policy & procedures • Attending the incoming calls and maintaining customer database • Responsible for assisting customers • Regular follow up with customers • Supporting to the management by generating leads • Responsible for effective handling customer queries and complaints through E-mail and Phone calls
