  1. Temporary Graduate Visa (Subclass 485)

This can be categorized into two streams – Graduate Work Stream and Post-Study Work Stream. Here are the details of these two categories:

·         The age of the students should be below 50 years·         They should be recent graduates with skills and qualification relevant to occupations specified in the list of skilled occupation·         They should meet the study requirements of the country like they should be awarded at least 1 degree or diploma of the course registered in the Commonwealth Register of Institutions and Courses for Overseas Students (CRICOS) in the past six months·         They should have an Australian study visa along with the medium in English·         They should have a valid TOEFL, IELTS, PTE, etc. score to prove English proficiency·         They should meet the character and health requirements as mentioned·         They should not have any other post-study work visa·         The applications of students with a cancelled or refused will not be considered ·         The minimum age should be under 50 years·         They should have a graduate degree in the course registered under CRICOS·         The students should not have any other type of post-study work visa·         To apply for this type of post-study work visa, a student should have a bachelor’s degree, bachelor’s (hon.) degree, master’s by coursework degree, master’s (extended degree), master’s by research degree or doctoral degree·         Students with trade qualifications or diplomas are not eligible for this visa·         The students should have English proficiency proof in the form of scores in IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, etc.·         The students should fulfil the character and health requirements as mentioned
