New Delhi, May 16 – In a significant boost for Indian students aiming to pursue higher education abroad, the University of Birmingham Dubai has announced a special range of scholarships as part of its 125th anniversary celebrations. These scholarships, exclusively available to international students including Indians, aim to support outstanding applicants pursuing postgraduate and undergraduate programs starting September 2025.

    • Limited number of awards for Indian undergraduate applicants, based on academic excellence and nominations from schools or partners.
    • Deadline: End of May 2025.

Marking her new role as Chancellor, Ms. Sandie Okoro OBE,  emphasized the institution’s commitment to diversity and global inclusion. “I am pleased to be part of such a significant year. Professor Adam Tickell, Vice-Chancellor of the University of Birmingham, launched the scholarships from India, underlining the university’s global outlook. “India has always been central to our vision of advancing research and education.
