3. Scholarships and Tuition Grant Scheme

Tuition Grant Scheme (TGS) is the easiest way to fund your studies in Singapore. MOE tuition grant is introduced by Singapore government for international students to reduce your course fee. There is no repayment required for the tuition grant but you are required to sign a bond under which you have to work for a Singapore-registered company for at least 3 years upon graduation of the undergraduate studies. This scheme is open to students enrolled for the undergraduate courses or full-time diploma. The tuition grant helps subsidize approximately 55% to 80% of your total tuition fee.
