Respond and act on existing customer inquiries and complaints in accordance to company’s policy & procedures
Attending the incoming calls and maintaining customer database
Responsible for assisting customers
Regular follow up with customers
Supporting to the management by generating leads
Responsible for effective handling customer queries and complaints through E-mail and Phone calls
