PTE Exam Dates

The Pearson Test of English (PTE) is an international English language proficiency exam for non-native English speakers. Thousands of institutions worldwide, including universities, colleges, and migration authorities, accept the exam.

How to book your PTE exam

PTE Academic have different test centres across various countries in the world. You can schedule your exams upto 24 hours in advance. Lets look at the steps to book your PTE Exam.

On the homepage, select “Check Availability” or “Book a Test” in the top left corner of site navigation.
Click PTE Academic heading >> Check test availability & book

This steps will help you to search for a test center and find an appointment

Follow the next steps:

Choose the test center which is nearest to you and click next
Then choose the date and time of your exam.
Sign in to your my PTE account
Complete your user profile
Check your booking details and confirm your order.

To book your PTE exam, visit the Pearson PTE website and create a user account. Once you have created a user account, you can search for test centres and dates in your area.

Our exams can be scheduled up to 24 hours in advance. Here’s how to look for availability in your area:

Go to pearsonpte.com
Select ‘check availability’ in the homepage banner, or ‘book a test’ in the top left corner of our site navigation from anywhere on the website
Click ‘Check test availability & book’ under the PTE Academic heading

From here, you’ll be able to search for a test center and find an appointment.

Select the test center closest to you and click next
Select the date and time of your exam. You’ll be asked to create (or sign in to) your myPTE account
Complete your profile. You should also take a moment to read our ID policy, which covers what forms of ID are acceptable to bring with you to the test.
Review your booking details and submit your order.

A summary of your appointment details will be displayed on myPTE dashboard. You’ll also receive a notification email.

When you find a suitable test centre and date, you must pay the exam fee. The exam fee varies from country to country in which you are taking the test. Once you have paid the full exam fee, you can confirm your booking. You will get a confirmation email along with your test details.
